About the Role:
As a Security Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring the safety and security of staff and customers in a prestigious, fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities:

Duties

• Monitor CCTV systems and conduct regular surveillance of the premises to detect any suspicious activities.
• Perform routine patrols of the property to ensure safety and security.
• Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, providing first aid when necessary.
• Enforce company policies and procedures regarding security and safety.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement when required for investigations or emergencies.
• Document all incidents and prepare detailed reports as needed.
• Assist in the training of new security personnel on protocols and emergency procedures.
• Perimeter patrols.
• Building patrols.
• Incident reporting.
• Daily Email Reports.
• Building/Client/Guest Services liaison.
• Emergency Services liaison.

Experience

• Previous experience in a security role is essential; training will be provided.
• Familiarity with CCTV systems and surveillance techniques is advantageous.
• Knowledge of loss prevention strategies is beneficial.
• Certification in first aid or willingness to obtain certification is desirable.
• Strong observational skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.

• A valid SIA and CCTV Licence
• Proof of identity

• Full flexibility in availability, including weekends
• Confidence in engaging with the public
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Professional approach with good judgement and attention to detail
• To be fully flexible for Day/Night shifts
