We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Hotel Housekeeping Supervisor to join our hotel in Victoria, Central London.
General Information:
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract
Salary /Pay: £13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 hours per week
Shift patterns:
Minimum 6 hours per shift (typical 8 hours shift)
Monday to Friday
Weekend availability required
Minimum Experience: Housekeeping Supervisor experience for minimum 1 year
Work Location: In person, London
About the Role: As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the housekeeping team to ensure that the highest standards of cleanliness and organisation are maintained. Previous experience in a similar role, is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise room attendants to ensure smooth operation of the housekeeping department.
Conduct room checks after cleaning to maintain quality control.
Create daily schedules and allocate rooms to the housekeeping team.
Report any room issues (e.g., broken items) to higher hotel management.
Provide feedback to room attendants to support their performance.
Manage stock supplies, ensuring sufficient chemicals and linen are always available.
