We are currently seeking experienced and reliable Room Attendants to join the housekeeping team at a prestigious 4★ hotel in London. The Role
As a Room Attendant, you will play an important role in creating a memorable guest experience by ensuring bedrooms and hotel areas are maintained to the highest standards. You will be part of a dedicated housekeeping team working in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail, efficiency, and excellent service are essential.
Start Date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare guest rooms according to hotel standards
- Make beds, change bed linen, and replenish towels and guest amenities
- Clean bathrooms to excellent hygiene and presentation standards
- Maintain cleanliness and appearance of public and back-of-house areas
- Complete assigned rooms efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
- Work closely with supervisors and colleagues to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction
Requirements
- Previous housekeeping experience, ideally within a 4★ or 5★ hotel environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high standards
- Reliable, hardworking, and positive attitude
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy hotel environment
- Good spoken English is required
- Availability to work weekends
- Proof of right to work in the UK (ID, proof of address, National Insurance Number)
- UK hotel experience preferred; international experience may be considered with suitable references
What We Offer
- £12.71 per hour basic rate
- Additional productivity bonus of £1.31 per hour from your first day when achieving 16 credits/rooms per day
- Earn up to £14.02 per hour from your first day
