We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Turndown Attendant to join the evening housekeeping team at a prestigious 5-star hotel in the St James’s area. This is a part-time evening position with full-time weekly hours, working from 5:30pm to 9:30pm, and requiring full flexibility across weekdays and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional evening turndown service in guest rooms, maintaining the highest luxury standards.
• Prepare rooms for the evening: turning down beds, refreshing towels, replenishing amenities, dimming lights, and creating a calm, welcoming atmosphere.
• Work discreetly and professionally to ensure guest comfort and satisfaction.
• Report any issues or guest requests to the appropriate department promptly.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a 5-star hotel is essential.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high standards.
• Fully flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
• Professional, courteous, and well-presented at all times.
