We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, growing and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategies to increase company revenue and growth across the UK.

Responsibilities:

• Identify potential clients and key decision-makers within target organisations, particularly in the hospitality and service industry.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business development strategies, including market research and competitor analysis.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients, negotiating and closing business deals.
• Track and report on sales and business development activities, staying updated on industry developments and best practices.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English language (GCSE Level 6+ / IELTS Level 6+ or equivalent)
• Proven track record of success in business development or sales roles, preferably within the hospitality or service industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities (Mathematics GCSE Level 6+ or equivalent preferred)
• Excellent presentation skills and proficient in Microsoft Office
• Willingness to travel as needed (London and South-East)
