Your Role: As a Sous Chef, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our kitchen. Working closely with our wonderful Head Chef, you'll assist in creating menu items, developing recipes, and maintaining the high standards of our culinary offerings. You'll be responsible for delivering exceptional food quality. We're looking for an inspirational and ambitions chef who communicates effectively at all levels and is passionate about creating great food every time.

What We're Looking For:

• At least 2 years of experience in a commercial kitchen
• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Passionate about hospitality and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Ability to work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.
• Creativity and willingness to contribute ideas to menu development.
